Pole Dance Classes

Pole Beginner

This class is perfect for beginners stepping into the world of pole dance. You’ll learn fundamental tricks and spins while gaining a solid understanding of the techniques behind each movement. This class will help you build strength and develop better body awareness, setting the foundation for your pole dance journey. For the class, you’ll need to bring shorts and a towel to clean the pole. Key tricks:

  • Hip hold
  • Martini sit
  • Inverted crucifix
  • Invert/straddle

Pole Basic Intermediate

You can join this class once you have mastered the essential tricks from the beginner level. It will help you transition smoothly from beginner to intermediate, introducing you to the next set of key tricks:

  • Inside/outise leg hang
  • Layback
  • Butterfly
  • Superman
  • Brass monkey
  • Jasmin

Pole Intermediate

This class is for those who have mastered the key tricks from the basic intermediate level. Here, you’ll learn new tricks and how to seamlessly combine them. You’ll start working higher up on the pole and spend more time in inverted positions, building strength and confidence while hanging upside down. Key tricks:

  • Aerial invert
  • Handspring
  • Aicha
  • Broken doll
  • Shoulder mount

Pole Advanced

This class is for those who have mastered most tricks from previous levels and feel confident incorporating them into combos on both static and spinning poles. You’ll continue to explore new tricks and their variations while focusing on moves that require greater flexibility and strength. Tricks:

  • Deadlift
  • Flips
  • Iron-X
  • Handstands
  • Eagle

Pole Art

In this class, you’ll learn a choreography over a period of 4 to 6 sessions. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body, enhance your musicality, and become more confident in your movements on both the pole and the floor. For the class, bring shorts, leggings, knee pads, and a towel to clean the pole.

Exotic & Classic Heels

This class will be taught in heels, but you can choose to wear heels, or dance barefoot – it’s entirely up to you! Over 4 to 6 sessions, you’ll learn a unique choreography that varies in styles based on the instructor’s preference. For the class, bring shorts, leggings, knee pads, heels, and a towel to clean the pole.

Floorwork

This class will be taught with or without heels, depending on the instructor’s preference. You will learn a choreography over the course of 2 to 6 sessions, which may include the pole or be performed without it. For the class, bring shorts, leggings, knee pads, heels if you wish, and a towel to clean the pole.

Strength & Flexibility

In this class, you will improve your strength and flexibility through a variety of exercises chosen by the instructor. It may be a combined class focusing on both strength and flexibility, or two separate classes targeting each area individually. All levels are welcome.

Self-training

In this class, you will train independently. You are responsible for warming up and structuring your own workout. This class provides the opportunity to be creative and spend more time focusing on what you want to work on, in addition to your regular classes.
